investify reaches important milestones

Published: 13.09.2019 | By investify

investify has used its momentum in recent months and achieved several milestones in the company’s development.

First, a co-branded solution was successfully implemented for Pax-Bank, incorporating the bank’s asset management strategies. The pax-investify offering is used both digitally and hybrid in the branches. Building on this experience and the need for white-label solutions in the market, the investify management has consistently developed the business model and range of offerings.

For the strategic development in the coming years, a financing round was successfully concluded. In close coordination with the Board of Directors, this was implemented entirely within the circle of existing shareholders and with all four managing directors.

The result is a modular and highly customisable B2B white label platform (SaaS offer).

In addition to the software, investify also offers individual business process outsourcing to increase the partner’s efficiency. This means that partners can choose to outsource all or only selected sub-elements of the value creation process relating to asset management or investment to investify, depending on their individual needs. In addition, investify can take over asset management for partners if required.

Many financials and non-financials are faced with the challenge of making their solution competencies and products available to their customers digitally and reducing costs. investify has therefore decided to consistently place the solution of these problems at the centre of its business strategy.

investify is stringently oriented towards the requirements that our B2B partners have in the current market environment: Digitalisation, process optimisation and cost reduction. investify is thus emancipating itself from Robo Advisory and is a provider of customised solutions in the digital financial world.

In addition to this expansion of the product range, investify was also able to significantly increase the assets under management. Assets under management rose to over 175 million euros.

The positive development of investify is a result of the company's consistent orientation towards B2B business. We are sure that we will also be able to announce new successes in the SaaS area in the near future. We look forward to helping more B2B partners take their steps towards becoming digital champions in the coming months.
